We use a proprietary carpet cleaning solution that is water based. It is 100% safe for you and all of your loved ones.
What payments do you accept?
Heaven’s Best Northern Virginia accepts personal checks, all major credit cards, and cash.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, Heaven’s Best moves most furniture and it is included in the price. We do not move beds, dressers, entertainment centers, computer desks, or book shelves.
What about sales tax?
There is no applied to services in Virginia.
What should I do to ready my home for cleaning?
The short answer is nothing. Heaven’s Best offers a full service carpet cleaning that includes vacuuming, moving most furniture, and carpet cleaning. However, if there is something you would rather not have us touch please move/secure it ahead of time. Please have most toys, clothes, and miscellaneous Items off the floor.
Can I add services, rooms, etc at the time of my appointment?
Absolutely. We would be more than happy to include additional rooms, stairs, upholstery cleaning, and oriental rug/area rug cleanings at the time of your appointments at standard rates and we will be happy to apply any current promotions to the additional price. It may be necessary to make a separate appointment in cases of large additions, mainly upholstery cleanings.
I live in a high rise apartment/condominium.
No Problem!!! Heaven’s Best uses a low moisture system that is entirely self contained and is just as effective 25 stories up as on the ground level.
What about Stain Protectant?
Heaven’s Best offers an amazing silicone based fabric protectant. Once applied it lasts about 12-18 months and is extremely effective. The cost is generally 15% of the total job (before any discounts are applied).
